How It Works
Complete Referencing
Complete the simple online application, pass the eligibility checks, and pay the one-off RentBuddy fee once approved.
No cost to your landlord
Your landlord doesn’t pay anything. RentBuddy provides a guarantee to help protect your tenancy.
Rent is protected
If you miss a rent payment, RentBuddy will cover your rent for the landlord in line with the guarantee.
Repayments
After paying the landlord, RentBuddy will work with you to recover the amount you owe.
