How It Works
The tenant applies
The tenant applies online, completes checks, and pays a one-off guarantor fee once approved.
The landlord pays nothing
There’s no cost to the landlord. Rent Buddy simply acts as the tenant’s guarantor.
Rent is protected
If the tenant misses a rent payment, Rent Buddy pays the landlord in line with the guarantee.
Rent Buddy recovers the rent
After paying the landlord, Rent Buddy recovers the amount from the tenant.
Introducers are rewarded
If an agent or partner introduced the tenant, Rent Buddy shares 15% of the tenant’s fee.
